Most styles last 4–8 weeks with proper care, while others can last 3-4 month (Jah locs). Longevity depends on your hair type, maintenance routine, and the style you choose.

Do I need to come with my hair washed?

Please arrive with clean, detangled, and blow-dried hair.
An additional fee will apply if your hair is not properly prepared.

What’s the best way to maintain my locs or braids at home?

Wrap your hair nightly with a silk or satin scarf, avoid heavy products, and moisturize your scalp regularly.

How long does the appointment take?

Appointment time varies by style—on average, it ranges from 3 to 6 hours. Exact timing will be listed in the service description.

Are the hair/extensions included?

Yes, hair is included with your service. You’ll be able to choose your preferred color when booking.

What nail services do you offer?

We specialize in acrylic full sets, fills, gel polish, and detailed nail art. We also offer classic manicures and pedicures. Please check our Services page for pricing and details.

Do I need an appointment? Can I walk in?

Appointments are highly recommended to secure your preferred time and artist. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, but we can’t guarantee immediate service.

What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee to respect the time set aside for your appointment.

What if I’m running late?

Please let us know ASAP if you’ll be late. We typically hold your time slot for up to 10–15 minutes—after that, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment.

What payment methods are accepted?

Yes, hair is included with your service. You’ll be able to choose your preferred color when booking.

Do you require a deposit?

For new clients or group bookings, we may request a small deposit when booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time.

How long does a full set of acrylic nails last?

A full set typically lasts 6–8 weeks, depending on how well you care for them. We recommend scheduling a fill-in every 2–3 weeks to maintain your look

How should I care for my nails at home?

Maintain your nails by:
Applying cuticle oil daily
Avoiding harsh chemicals and prolonged water exposure (wear gloves when cleaning)
Treating them gently and booking regular fill appointments every 2–3 weeks

What if I’m not satisfied with my service?

Speak up during your appointment—most issues can be fixed right away. If needed, return within 24–48 hours and we’ll happily correct it
