During my services, I thrive on providing each client with the best possible experience I can offer with professionalism and commitment to your desired styling. That’s why I have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their experience
- Deposits Are Required
A non-refundable deposit is required to book and secure your appointment. This amount goes toward your total service cost. - No Extra Guests
Out of respect for the space and other clients, no additional guests or children are allowed unless they are being serviced. - Appointment Prep
Please arrive with clean, bare nails—free of polish, oils, product, or previous acrylic. If you have a set on from another tech, you must book a soak-off. I do not work over other people’s work. - Book Accordingly
Please plan ahead if you have events or time constraints. I do not rush my work. Every set is done with care and attention to detail. - Time Management
The time listed for each service is an estimate. Depending on nail length, complexity of design, and requested add-ons, your appointment may run longer. - Positive Vibes Only
This is a drama-free, relaxing space. Please bring good energy only. Just like I aim to provide a respectful and professional service, I expect the same in return. - No Partial Sets / Fixes
I do not fill, repair, or design over other nail techs’ work. A soak-off and full new set will be required. - Late Policy
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, a $10 late fee will be applied. If you’re more than 20 minutes late with no communication, your appointment will be canceled and the deposit forfeited. - Complimentary Amenities
Enjoy a clean, comfortable setting with light refreshments and music during your visit. - Payment Policy
Remaining balances must be paid in cash only. I do not accept Cash App, Zelle, credit/debit cards, or any digital payment at the time of service.
