Before You Book
To ensure your appointment runs smoothly, please arrive 5–10 minutes early to locate the studio and settle in.
Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your service details, address, and any necessary prep instructions.
If you need to cancel, reschedule, or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Prompt communication helps us keep everything running on time and gives other clients a chance to book.
Please arrive with bare, clean nails (free of polish, acrylic, press-ons, or glue residue).
If you’re wearing nails done by another tech, a soak-off must be booked in advance.
Make sure your hands are clean, moisturized, and ready for pampering!
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who:
Arrives more than 20 minutes late without communication
Exhibits rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior
Has untreated infections or open wounds on the hands/nails
Refuses to follow salon hygiene or safety policies
This is a respectful and professional environment for both client and tech.
All appointments require a non-refundable $25 deposit to secure your time.
The deposit goes toward your total service cost. If you fail to show or cancel too late, your deposit will be forfeited.
⏰ Late Policy
You have a 10-minute grace period. After that, a $10 late fee will be added to your service.
At 20 minutes late with no communication, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
No-call, no-shows will not be allowed to rebook in the future.
Please respect your appointment time and communicate if you’re unable to make it.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit.
Last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) will result in loss of deposit.
You may reschedule once per appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
After that, a new deposit will be required to rebook.
There are no refunds on nail services once completed. If you have concerns about your nails after your appointment, please reach out within 48 hours for possible corrections.
For safety and relaxation, children are not allowed at appointments unless they have a scheduled service.
This ensures a calm atmosphere for both the tech and client.
